COMPANY POLICY
Our company policy is the basis of our vision, business concept, aims and strategies. We work at all times to improve everything we do to create added value for our customers, our employees, our suppliers and our owners.
Values
NVS believes that everyone has equal rights and equal value. Honesty, openness and sensitivity are key words for us. Our business activities must be characterised by a sound business culture based on good morality and ethics. Promises and agreements are interpreted according to their spirit. We believe that free competition is a precondition of development and we repudiate activities that restrict competition.
Customers
We want to be near our customers to understand their needs and be able to create the value that is demanded. We strive to create a healthy indoor environment for those who are to live or work in the buildings or plants to the construction of which we contribute.
Employees
NVS's employees are the core of our activities. They provide the company's know-how. Skill, motivation, will and the ability to develop, plus belief in the future, creativity and enterprise are the keys to the success of the company. By means of skills development and good leadership, we strive to achieve our aim of improving continuously and doing things right from the start. For us it is a matter of course that we have the will to create a safe working environment and a good working climate with the aim of preventing ill-health. Our corporate culture is based on strong decentralisation in which individuals are authorised to take independent responsibility and thereby achieve meaningful personal development.
Suppliers
We must honour contracts and agreements with our suppliers and work with them for mutual profitability without abusing our position as purchaser. We do not place ourselves in positions of dependence by accepting gifts or services that may be suspected of affecting our objectivity in purchases.
Environment
We strive to implement our projects in such a way that we improve conditions for both people and the environment. It is a matter of course that we comply with existing Acts and Ordinances. By means of technical skill and good planning, we contribute to reduced energy consumption and sustainable development of our society. |
